I receive a letter from Walmart Claims. Reason For Denial
An approved Physician has concluded that you have achieved maximum rehabilitative Capacity. I have never seen this person.
Then they say I can return to work in a full duty capacity.
So what happen to the doctors that said I needed to see a hand specialist. I am hurt and I am not going to break the law with D.O.T. for Walmart.
You can not operate a commercial vehicle. These are D.O.T. rules. It is a safety issue with my injury when you have no feeling in your hand.
Walmart says I need to file an appeal.
If you read under where it says about the appeal so they want more medical evidence.
I did have and they do this. Not an approved physician.
This paper shows they can remove or amend any list of approved medical providers at anytime, so you can not win.
