I received the appeal back from PartnerSource. This is who Walmart uses to do appeals. If you look on the letter where you see Walmart Appeals, you will see this is the same address for both. Now I have had 3 doctors by this time say I need to see a specialist, but Walmart does not care.
On 12-15-2022 Walmart fired me for the reason ” Failure to return from LOA) And LOA was not approved after 9-3-2022.
I did not return from LOA as I was still hurt!
So what is the real reason I was fired? Because I was hurt on the job and did not pay for my injury that I received while on the job, or because I would not break the law for Walmart and drive with hurt?
