If you work or are thinking about going to work for Walmart, you will have to sign a ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.
I saw this during orientation. I asked about it and I did read it. But I still was not sure what it was about.
I was told by the person at orientation it meant you will give Walmart the right to first settle and make it right before going to court. This is a lie. You sign it and you will never get to go to court before a judge and jury.
Walmart will trick you into signing a legal document that will stand up in court. So this way a jury or judge will never hear about your issue and the world will never hear what Walmart is doing. This is a con and lets them cover up anything they need.
