This is the letter from Daspit Law that they dropped me from representation.
They filed a law suite in May of 2023. What is the reason?
In Nov 2023 Montgomery Law did a demand letter to Walmart. I was told you have to give Walmart 30 days to reply. I received a call from the lawyer in Dec 2023 and said Walmart did not reply so they are thinking they are considering an offer. Then I get this email. Again what is going on. So what is it Walmart did not roll over so they dropped my case?
Now because of this Law firm I don’t have enough time because there is not a lot of lawyers that do these kinds of cases.
