The EBSA Is branch of the US department of Labor (The Government) and blow is what they say they do.How this works Walmart will wright most of the the plan there self if the plan Meets the EBSA guidelines then it becomes a employer sponsored plan that means you do what is wrote in the plan in is the law.This is one of medical document that Walmart left out and did not turn in because that would show that Walmart broke the law.
