Complaint filed with the Texas Medical Board on the doctor that said I had achieved maximum rehabilitative capacity ( That I never seen).
I sent documentation from the 2 doctors that said I needed to see a specialist. Also sent medical test and MRI and nerve tests. I got this done becasue the lawyer dropped my case.
Now this would overturn my case.
This is the letter that I recieved. I did do an appeal and have called and called but it looks like they just look the other way also.
